PGP College of Agricultural Sciences established in 2013 is approved by Government of Tamil Nadu and affiliated to Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. Our Agriculture College is situated in an area of more than 150 acres green campus with Kolli hills as backdrop and surrounded by farms and villages. Fields and facilities in the 250 acre main campus in NH7, Paramathi are also utilized for the education of students.
Along class room teaching students are trained in communication skills, soft skill development, employability skills, and motivated to carry out innovative and useful research in various fields of Agriculture.
The founder of PGP Educational Institutions Dr. Palani G Periasamy has instituted a number of Endowments and Scholarships in memory of his parents. Many deserving students are given financial support to complete their studies.
Our “Dr. Ranganathan Library” has been set up with centralized air condition and has state-of the-art standards. The library has nearly 50,000 books, 500 e-journals (DELNET and IEEE), 200 National / International journals and magazines.
